Integrated TriBand 4G module

The LP-5231PM-4GE from ICPDAS is a compact Linux gateway PC with an integrated 4G communication unit. Thanks to the free LIN-PAC SDK, many applications can be realized. The 1.0 GHz Cortex A8 processor with 512 MByte SDRAM enables more complex tasks to be completed.

Linux Kernel 3.2.14 and the services already activated ex works such as web, FTP, Telnet and SSH server make the device immediately ready for use. The integrated TriBand 4G module works according to WCDMA on the frequencies 2100/900/850 MHz, FDD LTE:B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20 and GSM on 850/900/1800/1800/1900 MHz. An external monitor can be connected directly via the VGA interface to display status information or other messages. The integrated 512 MByte flash memory can be increased to up to 32 GByte using a microSDHC card. In addition to a USB 2.0 and a 100 Mbit Ethernet interface, there is an RS232-based console port as well as two further serial RS485 and one RS232 interface.
