According to TQ, a standardized module design ensures full flexibility when using the new Intel hybrid technology, which enables efficient multitasking with different combinations of P-cores (performance cores) and E-cores (efficient cores). The CPU modules are equipped with two SO-DIMM slots for fast DDR5 memory, 2.5 Gbit Ethernet and numerous high-speed interfaces such as USB 3.2 and PCIe Gen4. The up to four high-resolution display outputs and the integrated graphics, based on Intel's Iris Xe architecture, particularly benefit applications in the fields of image processing, visualization and medical technology. The triple-optimized graphics performance compared to previous versions in combination with special instruction sets for neural networks and vector operations increase performance in the field of artificial intelligence. The scaling ranges from low-cost entry-level solutions with Intel Core i3 to Intel Core i5 and Intel Core i7 processors with up to 14 cores / 20 threads, 96 graphics execution units and 24 MB cache. In addition, the UEFI BIOS offers extensive configuration options in terms of clock frequency, turbo functions and maximum power dissipation.
