The module is available with the ARK-1000, ARK-2000 and ARK-3000 product series designed for machine automation and increases the flexibility of the interfaces. The 'iDoor' concept uses a mini PCIe card and a PCIe expansion chassis to offer a variety of interfaces via expansion modules. Customers can choose between more than 100 combinations - from fieldbus modules to sensors, communication via WLAN or mobile radio and the connection of displays and various peripheral devices.

Thanks to the flexible adaptation and simple installation, the Box PCs can be used to meet different requirements, according to the manufacturer. For example, customizations are possible with regard to SSD and memory, the creation of customer-specific images, both with Windows and Linux.
