The 'DC-Pi-Prime' from Berghof combines a Codesys controller based on Raspberry Pi with a capacitive display and an AI accelerator card, covering many of the automation requirements of the future.

Integrable AI offers new possibilities and methods that can be used in the automation technology of machines and systems. This allows users to simplify processes and minimize training, familiarization and set-up times. Predictive maintenance and condition monitoring can reduce downtimes and detect typical problems at an early stage. According to Berghof, the image processing options in combination with simple cameras make it possible to monitor and optimize production processes and detect process errors at an early stage.
