Equipping remote sites with secure remote access solutions is the trend. Providing connectivity, control and monitoring capabilities to remote sites enables companies to optimize their business efficiency and respond quickly to operational changes. However, the era of digitalization also brings with it many potential IT security issues for which standard industrial hardware and software does not necessarily offer solutions.

MB Connect Line 's secure hardware and software solutions for remote monitoring systems and Red Lion's modular and robust control and monitoring solutions for industrial automation complement each other. They meet the requirements of industrial environments - including the flexibility to customize functions to the specific needs of particular sites. The solutions and software tools integrate securely and directly into proprietary applications. The remote access technology developed by MB Connect Line is designed to integrate seamlessly with Red Lion's automation technology.

"MB Connect Line is the right partner for Red Lion to provide secure digital transformation solutions to both the industry and Red Lion's customers," said Jack Lee, President of Red Lion. "The technologies Red Lion brings to the market are complementary and serve as the foundation for implementing secure remote access solutions at the edge." The strategic partnership supports Red Lion's vision of secure, easy-to-use edge connectivity solutions."

"Now more than ever, the secure connection of machines and systems for remote maintenance, data acquisition and cloud connectivity is crucial," says Siegfried Müller, CEO and founder of MB Connect Line. "Red Lion's expertise in industrial automation and network technology will help us to advance our secure solutions to offer our customers the most suitable solution for their digitalization projects. In addition, Red Lion will be a competent partner for our customers in North America."
