[EN] Philip Harting, CEO of the Harting Technology Group: "The establishment of the global headquarters in Switzerland is a further step for Harting in our strategic development and internationalization with the aim of being globally competitive and regionally strong." Harting has been active in Switzerland for more than 40 years. The company has a production site there and already manages its global innovation hubs from Switzerland, among other things.

"Together with Studer Cables AG (Däniken/Switzerland), which the entrepreneurial family acquired two years ago, we want to further develop connector cable solutions and create added value for our customers," emphasizes Philip Harting. Planning for the global headquarters in Switzerland is still at an early stage. Harting is certain that the establishment of the headquarters in Switzerland will have a positive impact on the company with its approximately 6,000 employees worldwide. The move is intended to secure jobs and investments in Germany, Switzerland and worldwide in the long term.

Germany remains a central anchor point for the Harting family with Espelkamp and the surrounding area. The Harting Foundation's headquarters will remain in Espelkamp. Philip Harting emphasizes: "I am convinced that with the establishment of the headquarters in Switzerland and the simultaneous investments in the global development/expansion of our company's production, sales and development sites in the regions worldwide, we are positioning the Harting Technology Group for the future as a global player for connectivity solutions."
