Keysight
Participation in 6G projects
Keysight Technologies is involved in two projects that are part of the 6G Smart Networks and Services Joint Undertaking (SNS-JU). The aim is to develop a sustainable and scalable AI-native architecture for 6G networks.
Keysight is involved in two new 6G SNS projects:
- UNITY-6G: Develops AI-native architecture that seamlessly integrates heterogeneous network domains with a focus on sustainability, energy efficiency and scalability.
- 6G-VERSUS: Integrates sustainable technologies in six environmentally conscious industries and uses 6G platforms to optimize data and decision-making processes.
These new initiatives will run for three years and strengthen Keysight's presence in collaborative European 6G projects. The programs will leverage Keysight's solutions in various technology areas to support the development of intelligent communication components, systems and networks.
Participating universities, research institutes and commercial organizations will rely on Keysight's design, emulation and test expertise to develop prototypes, proofs-of-concept and testbeds. The public-private partnership will help facilitate and expand industrial leadership in 5G and 6G networks and services in Europe.
Giampaolo Tardioli, Vice President, 6G and Next Generation Technology at Keysight, says: "We are delighted to announce our involvement in these two new ground-breaking projects, which aim to develop a highly sustainable and scalable AI-native architecture for 6G networks."
