IBM opened the Watson IoT Center in Munich on February 16, 2017. Computer&AUTOMATION was able to take a look inside the Industry Lab, where IBM is working with partner companies on a wide range of Watson projects.

At the entrance to the Industry Lab in the Watson IoT Center, visitors are greeted by a "modern" concierge. The robot lady called 'Pepper' is there to answer visitors' questions about orientation. During our visit, however, the lady must have been a little flustered - she mostly responded to questions with baffled-looking head and hand movements.
