On September 17, the Teutloff Technical Academy and the companies CSAE and Turck launched the Teutloff "model factory" in Braunschweig. The academy's new learning concept is designed to prepare future specialists for digitalized workplaces in the Industry 4.0 environment. The aim is to impart knowledge directly in the process in a practical and fun way. The aim is to break down fears through personal learning experiences.

Teutloff is supported by automation solutions from Turck, which are integrated into the model workshop on the software and system side by system integrator CSAE. The cooperation agreement between the three partners is the starting signal for joint work on further projects on the subject of learning and modern working environments. "Digitalization will have a strong influence on the work of the future, which is why we need to provide employees with suitable training courses," Jörg Wittkugel, Turck Sales Manager for Northern Germany, is convinced. Michel Wedekind, Managing Director at system house CSAE, adds: "Work will continue to change radically, and the use of digital media will become increasingly important. We have to prepare people for this and enable them to gain qualifications."

Teutloff has been active as a technical academy for over 100 years in the field of further training for specialists and managers in western and north-western Germany. CSAE has more than 20 years of experience in the development and integration of automation solutions, including many years as a system partner of Turck.
