Abhijit Dubey is the new Chief Executive Officer

As the new CEO, Abhijit Dubey is responsible for NTT Data's business outside Japan.

Digital business and IT services provider NTT Data has appointed Abhijit Dubey as Chief Executive Officer for its business outside Japan. This appointment follows the completion of the merger of NTT Data and NTT Ltd. to form a global group with a capital volume of over 30 billion US dollars under the name NTT Data.

In his new role, Dubey will oversee the business outside Japan with 150,000 employees worldwide. Dubey joined NTT in 2021 from global consulting firm McKinsey & Company, where he spent more than twenty years advising international technology companies and CEOs, and served as CEO. He was also the initiator and driving force behind McKinsey's cloud computing activities.

NTT Data has grown its international business to around 18 billion US dollars and holds the sixth largest market share in IT services worldwide. As part of NTT with an annual investment plan of 3.6 billion US dollars for research and development, NTT Data is ideally positioned to support and advance companies with current challenges, according to the Group.
