Cognex - For ID applications in manufacturing and logistics
Cognex introduces the Data-Man 280 Series fixed-mount barcode reader designed for ID applications including 1D, 2D and Direct Part Mark (DPM) code applications in manufacturing and logistics. The reader features a high-resolution 1.6 megapixel sensor combined with a dynamic image formation system to improve code processing and coverage. A multi-core processor is integrated to capture and decode the read codes. Combined with Cognex Edge Intelligence (EI), the reader offers features such as web browser connectivity, device management, performance monitoring and fast image download. The modular hardware features interchangeable lighting and lenses. The device can be configured straight or at a right angle. Multiple readers can be used together for wider field of view applications and multi-page scanning at high speeds.
