Imec
Three sensors in one housing
Imec launches the multisensor hyperspectral camera system 'multishot VNIR+RGB'. It covers the VIS to NIR spectral range and is aimed at companies and research groups involved in the development of HSI applications.
Imec 's hyperspectral camera has three sensors integrated in a single housing and is equipped with a standard F-mount lens. It enables project partners to flexibly evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of different spectral resolutions and ranges without having to invest in a large number of devices or carry out experiments twice. Inside the camera, the light is distributed across three channels. Two of these are equipped with a two-megapixel sensor from imec, which covers both the VIS and NIR spectral ranges. A third channel is equipped with a high-resolution RGB sensor. The device covers 30 bands in the range from 460 to 870 nm, complemented by a true-color five-megapixel image - all synchronized with video speed for real-time data capture, even for dynamic scenes.
