"The acquisition by Stemmer Imaging is the logical next step to serve this market segment," explains Harm Hanekamp, Managing Director of Data Vision. By becoming part of the Stemmer Imaging Group, Data Vision will be able to provide services to customers throughout Europe and the service offering in the Benelux countries will be further enhanced.

Dietmar Serbée, Director of Stemmer Imaging B.V., emphasizes the growth opportunities that the merger will bring: "The portfolios of Data Vision and Stemmer Imaging largely represent products from the same suppliers. The two therefore complement each other perfectly."
