Generation change implemented

Charlotte Helzle, Managing Director of Hema electronic for over 40 years, has handed over sole management of the company to her son Oliver Helzle. This means that the company will remain family-run in the future.

Hema electronic develops electronics for embedded vision and special cameras for optical quality control. The handover between the generations began over ten years ago and has now been successfully completed. "We have always made important decisions together and I am grateful that I always had my mother by my side during this time," says Oliver Helzle. He joined the company in 2004, which his mother had managed as sole Managing Director since 1996. He gradually took over areas such as project management and project leadership in order to prepare for the company succession.
