New CTO for MSC Software
MSC Software Corporation (MSC), a provider of CAE simulation software and services and part of Hexagon's Manufacturing Intelligence Division, has a new Chief Technology Officer, Bruce Engelmann.
Effective April 1, 2020, Bruce Engelmann will lead research and development and be responsible for technology leadership and solution development across MSC 's design and engineering product line. He will work across Hexagon's entire technology portfolio to develop synergies across product lines.
Engelmann joins MSC after a long tenure at Dassault Systèmes Simulia. There, he was responsible for expanding Simulia's technological leadership position and leading the company's technical software development.
