The Clipx Engineer engineering software from Phoenix Contact for enclosure construction simplifies the planning process with bidirectional interfaces to CAE systems and the automatic creation of terminal strips using intelligent engineering wizards.
The use of CAE systems is often the starting point for engineering and involves the digital creation of circuit, layout and wiring diagrams. The engineering software from Phoenix Contact starts with this work step and offers the option of adding missing but necessary article information for all Phoenix Contact products with just a few clicks. The integrated auto-correction function proactively points out optimization options that can be implemented directly. These optimizations can be carried out either individually or all at once. The engineering software can also be used to place the required accessories, connectors, bridges and markings in the right places. The enriched data can then be used to complete the project.
