The provider of database solutions Crate.io and Zühlke are cooperating. Together, the two companies want to drive forward the digitalization of production.

© ZühlkeCrateDB was specially developed to support IoT and machine data applications and optimized for containerized environments. The database solution runs on-premises, in the cloud, at the edge and on-premises. The cloud and edge technologies combined with machine learning and AI applications support smart factory applications by collecting and quickly processing structured and unstructured data - sensor data, images or text. This enables instant time series analysis with unlimited scalability.

This can lead to improved Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by minimizing downtime, optimizing set-up times and reducing product defects.
