Series of flat open-frame power supply units extended

Cosel has expanded the LHA series with two compact open-frame power supply units for demanding industrial applications.

According to the manufacturer Cosel, the LHA10F and LHA15F power supply units are 15 % smaller and offer a 50 % lower leakage current than conventional products on the market. They can be operated in a wide temperature range from -10 to +70 °C and are UL/EN62368-1 certified. Designed for worldwide applications, the power supply units have an input voltage range of 85 to 264 V(AC) single-phase and comply with the input voltage range of the safety standards of 100 to 240 V(AC) (50/60 Hz). They are available with five output voltages: 3.3 V, 5 V, 12 V, 15 V or 24 V with the corresponding currents. For both versions, the 3.3 V output voltage can be set in the range from 2.85 V to 3.63 V, all other voltages are factory-set. The efficiency is specified as up to 84.5% at 230 V(AC) and nominal load. The devices have an inrush current limiter, overcurrent protection with automatic restart and overvoltage protection.
