New Chief Financial Officer in office
The Supervisory Board of Lapp Holding has appointed Jan Ciliax (52) as Chief Financial Officer with effect from January 1, 2021. In this function, he succeeds Dr. Ralf Zander.
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Lapp Holding, Ciliax is currently responsible for controlling, risk management, corporate finance, balance sheets, taxes and accounting. His predecessor Dr. Zander is dedicating himself to new professional challenges.
Over the course of his career, Ciliax has worked in various management and financial management positions in Germany, France, Spain, the USA and Switzerland. For the past twelve years, he has worked at TE Connectivity, most recently as CFO of the Industrial division with business units in the areas of mechanical and plant engineering, energy, medical technology, aviation and oil & gas.
