Interior door for double security

Rittal is launching a new series solution for internal doors. The accessory extension, which is available for AX plastic enclosures and AX compact enclosures in sheet steel, can be installed in the enclosure as a second level and control panel.

Rittal 's internal doors can be used to separate the technical and operating levels in the enclosure. This provides protection for the components installed in the rear area of the enclosure on the one hand and access protection for operating personnel to live parts on the other. The inner door surface can be used as an additional mounting level for the installation of buttons, displays, etc., thus providing additional mounting space in the enclosure. Depending on the application and requirements, the inner door can be installed at variable depths and thus flexibly in the enclosure. The respective inner door is installed without any mechanical processing of the enclosure. Enclosures with protected operating elements on the inner door are used, for example, in harsh outdoor areas: in special vehicles such as tanker trucks and crane vehicles, as well as in the water and waste water industry.
