TakeoverStäubli acquires Roman Seliger Armaturenfabrik
Stäubli is taking over RS Roman Seliger Amaturenfabrik GmbH, a manufacturer of standard and safety dry disconnect couplings. Both parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
