MolexAcquisition of Smiths Interconnect

Molex has signed an agreement to acquire Smiths Interconnect. Smiths Interconnect, a subsidiary of UK-based Smiths Group plc, is a provider of interconnect products and solutions for the aerospace, defense, medical, semiconductor test and industrial markets.
