Managing Board expanded
The Friedhelm Loh Group is aligning its group of companies for the future and is expanding its Executive Board to include Prof. Dr. Niko Mohr. He joins owner and CEO Prof. Dr. Friedhelm Loh and CFO Ralph Lindackers on the Executive Board.
The top management of the Friedhelm Loh Group has a new member: Prof. Dr. Niko Mohr, a McKinsey Partner for many years, will join the Executive Board of the Group with over 12,500 employees worldwide in the companies Rittal, Eplan, Cideon, German Edge Cloud, Stahlo, LKH and Loh Services on November 1, 2024. Prof. Dr. Mohr will also assume the role of CEO of Rittal International and Rittal Software Systems(Eplan and Cideon).
Prof. Dr. Mohr joins the Friedhelm Loh Group from the top management consultancy McKinsey & Company. As a strategy consultant, he has more than 25 years of experience in the implementation of complex strategy, transformation and digitalization projects at top management level in various industries. Most recently, he was a Senior Expert Partner at McKinsey and part of the McKinsey Digital leadership team. He was responsible for a large number of global industrial, IoT and AI projects in well-known companies.
Prof. Dr. Mohr takes over as CEO of Rittal and RSS from Markus Asch, who is leaving the Group as planned at the end of the month to take on a new challenge outside the Group.
