Flexible attachment of drivers

In applications with increased lateral offset, the energy chain guides may be subject to heavy lateral loads. In order to compensate for inaccuracies in the channel alignment or possible wear on the rollers, a flexible carrier connection is required

Tsubaki Kabelschlepp offers the Floating Moving Device for this purpose, which creates a flexible connection between the energy chain and the towing arm of a system. Fields of application for the towing arm connection include crane systems in seawater environments as well as material handling or bulk material applications. The integrated strain relief ensures safe cable routing and high system availability. It can also be combined with the provider's tensile shear force monitoring system. The transverse load-free guidance protects the energy chains and minimizes defects, faults and downtimes. The floating moving device is suitable for the company's M0950, M1250, M1300 and TKHD90 chain types. Its inner width is available in 1 mm increments. The tolerance compensation is at least ±30 mm horizontally.
