New appointment at Phoenix Contact

The change of managing directors at Phoenix Contact will begin within the current year. Prof. Dr. Gunther Olesch (CHRO/Human Resources) will retire in July and Roland Bent (CTO/Technology) in spring 2021.

© Phoenix ContactWith effect from August 1, the Management Board will be expanded to include four new members: three of them are the presidents of the three business areas: Dirk Görlitzer, Torsten Janwlecke and Ulrich Leidecker. As COOs (Chief Operating Officers), they will be responsible for central areas of the company as well as for their respective business areas.
Dr. Frank Possel-Dölken has been appointed as the fourth new member of the Management Board as Chief Digital Officer (CDO). Possel-Dölken is currently Head of the Corporate Technology & Value Chain division. His future responsibilities will also include the IT division and all digital transformation issues.
