Efficient cabling with hybrid connectors

According to Conec, the hybrid connector series offers the right connector for almost every performance class thanks to its various sizes (B12, B17, B23, B40).

With the angled B23 hybrid flange, it is also possible to equip servo drives with an output of over 20 kW with a single-cable solution. By rotating the cable outlet in 18 steps, the flange can be adapted to the respective installation situation in the machine. Common to all sizes is the separately shielded 4-pole data element for the transmission of Industrial Ethernet in accordance with ISO11801 Class D or alternatively signals with currents of up to 4 A. In addition to the 4-pin data element with Ethernet/Ethercat protocol, it is also possible to equip the data element as a dummy module, for example for use as a pure power connector, or with a 2-pin insert for 2-wire bus protocols. In future, the hybrid connectors will be certified in accordance with IEC 61076-2-118. The connector is locked with a bayonet quick-release fastener.
