Lapp for SPS Connect
Can be laid open on cable trays
Lapp has several new data transmission systems in its portfolio specifically for Ethernet technology. One of these is the Etherline Tray Cat.7 PLTC.
The robust, oil-resistant industrial Ethernet cable (Cat. 7) was specially developed for the USA. It is the first of its kind with PLTC classification according to UL and can therefore be laid open on cable trays.
Thanks to the high-speed transmission rates of up to 10 Gbit/s and the shielding, it can be used universally in fixed installations at machine interfaces for data and signal transmission applications.
According to Lapp, the outer sheath is made of a special PVC so that the cable is resistant to acids and alkalis.
