In close cooperation with Binder Electronic Manufacturing Services (b-ems) in Vohburg, Danube, the merger is intended to strengthen existing competencies and expand the existing portfolio of services. Thomas Lacker, former Managing Director of Introbest, will become Operations Manager with immediate effect - also at b-ems. Markus Binder, Managing Partner of the Binder Group and new Managing Director of Introbest GmbH & Co KG, would like to set a new course with this step and explains: "In order to position Binder sustainably, continuous further development is essential. With this step, we are pooling our strengths and are convinced that we can drive this business area forward."

According to Lackner, all jobs at Introbest will be retained. The existing site will also continue to be used to its full extent. The Binder Group itself has its headquarters in Neckarsulm and employs 1,400 people worldwide.
