Stainless steel actuators for hygienic areas
With the axenia value series of servo actuators in single-cable technology, Wittenstein alpha is launching hygienic precision actuators onto the market.
The high-performance motor and the planetary gearbox are housed as a durable unit in a stainless steel housing with protection class IP69K - without a coupling and therefore space-saving - and are matched to each other, which guarantees measurable and therefore reliable performance data. The complete system from Wittenstein alpha is designed in accordance with EHEDG specifications and is suitable for use in wet and hygienic areas. The actuator can be installed and operated openly - without additional protective hoods or actuator covers. This avoids the risk of hidden dirt pockets, corrosive areas or possible leaks.
UL approval for North America and DFC certification with regard to certification and labeling requirements in China enable the hygienic design actuator to be used globally.
