Solution for electro-hydraulic low-voltage pumps
Parker Hannifin has added the 'NX8xHM' low-voltage series to its family of mobile motors. The permanent magnet AC motor (PMAC) is suitable for on-road and off-road vehicles and therefore for electro-hydraulic pumps in 48 V (DC) construction vehicles such as mini-excavators.
Parker Hannifin motors are also suitable for steering applications and aids in road trucks. The motor series is available for battery voltages from 24 to 96 V(DC). Four threaded holes on all sides serve as a simple mechanical mounting interface. In addition, thanks to the direct SAE-A interface for pump mounting (ISO 3019/2 as an option), the motor is ready for direct installation, while cable lugs enable easy connection of power cables. Despite being designed for natural convection cooling at ambient operating temperatures of -40 to +85 °C, the motor's torque and power can be increased by attaching cooling plates to the sides. The motor complies with IP67 and can operate under oil.
