New managing director at Siei-Areg

Christian Pampallona is taking over the management of Siei-Areg, a manufacturer of positioning and door drives as well as servomotors. He will also be responsible for the management of the drive business in the 'Drives & Motion Control' business unit at the parent company Gefran SPA.

Christian Pampallona is the new Managing Director of Siei-Areg. The personnel change was announced at the 'SPS Italia' trade fair in Parma.

Christian Pampallona takes over the management of the company from Luigi Adriano, who had held the position since 2015 and left the company in mid-January 2019. Pampallona has many years of experience in the field of industrial automation and worked at Siemens for over twenty years. Born in Milan, he holds a degree in industrial engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and deepened his knowledge of business administration at SDA Bocconi.

Siei-Areg, headquartered in Pleidelsheim, Germany, is a subsidiary of Italy-based Gefran SPA - a listed manufacturer of components and solutions for the automation of industrial processes and industrial measurement and control technology.
