Parvalux Electric Motors currently employs 185 people at three production sites in Bournemouth. Most recently, the company achieved a turnover of 23 million British pounds, with exports accounting for 40%.

With the integration of Parvalux, Maxon is expanding its portfolio to include high-performance motors in particular. This opens up new markets for the Maxon Group in the field of medical technology, such as stair lifts or electric wheelchairs, as well as in industrial automation, including robotics and transportation systems.

Parvalux will benefit from the acquisition through Maxon's global sales network, which offers further growth opportunities. The current management of the British motor manufacturer will remain in place. The two parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
