Linear motor module with 18 mm width
Anyone who needs to implement compact single and dual-axis systems will find suitable linear motor modules and axes in Jung's QuickLab modular system. The lightweight modules are suitable for constructing dynamic assembly systems, for example.
An 18 mm wide linear motor module has now been added to the modular system. QM02-1247 has a peak force of 10.5 N and is available in four versions with nominal strokes of 20, 40, 80 and 120 mm. Like all components in the modular system family from Jung Antriebstechnik und Automation (JA2), it is suitable for use in single and double-axis systems where both highly dynamic and very precise short-stroke movements are required. Depending on the load, feed speeds of up to 3.0 m/s and accelerations of up to 50 m/s2 can be achieved, with repeat accuracies of +/- 0.05 mm. The linear motor module is designed for environmental conditions with protection class IP20, which is typical for many dry processes in the pharmaceutical and laboratory sectors. As an option, the guide can be lubricated with an FDA-compliant lubricant.
