On January 1, 2020, RK Rose+Krieger acquired the two companies APT GmbH Automation & Produktionstechnik and Linear- und Handhabungstechnik GmbH and integrated them into the subsidiary RK Antriebs- und Handhabungstechnik, or RK-AHT for short.
