The 'Pop.up' passenger capsule presented by Airbus as a concept study can switch between electrically powered ground and air vehicle modules. This makes the vehicle concept seem like something straight out of a science fiction movie.

The passengers transported in the carbon fiber capsule have initially booked their journey via an app and the system suggests the appropriate method of transport. The capsule can be removed and transformed into a car by placing it on a four-wheeled module.
