According to the manufacturer, optimized DIP switches offer better setting options, are easier to operate and have better performance than their predecessors. The drivers are available with either a CANopen or Ethercat interface.

According to the supplier, the motors run with less vibration and are quieter. Thanks to a function for automatic holding current reduction, the motor consumes less energy and heats up less. Different stepper motor sizes can be configured automatically. The stepper motor drivers allow a soft start of the motor. There is a digital output for errors, and the integrated overvoltage and overcurrent protection device ensures reliable operation.
