Easy to implement

Leantechnik rack and pinion gearboxes can be used to design all types of lifting and positioning systems. Integration into the application is easy thanks to the 3D product configurator from Cadenas.

The rack and pinion gearboxes from Leantechnik are available in two different series and different versions. The 'lifgo' series was developed for the fast and precise positioning of heavy loads. The gearboxes achieve lifting forces between 2000 N and 25,000 N and lifting speeds of up to 3 m/s. The quadruple roller-guided rack ensures high-precision lifting and positioning movements and, according to the manufacturer, enables high load capacities with low running noise - properties that are particularly in demand for packaging systems and handling systems.
The lifgo series rack and pinion gearboxes are available in different versions: There are versions for long travel distances, for applications with gripping and centering movements, for very heavy loads (up to 2.5 t) and for noise-sensitive environments. With 'lifgo hp', there is also a rack and pinion gearbox for extremely precise positioning movements. This gearbox can also perform very long strokes with an accuracy of up to 2 µm.

The 'lean SL' rack and pinion gearbox is available for simple synchronous positioning tasks without lateral force absorption. This series is suitable for all applications where a guide is already present. The rack and pinion gearboxes are available in various sizes and two versions and achieve lifting forces of 800 to 25,000 N and lifting speeds of up to 0.6 m/s.

High-precision movement of lifting tables

High-precision positioning systems - in the form of lifting tables, for example - are required in order to precisely position car body components for processing in robot welding lines. Gearboxes and precision drive shafts play a 'supporting' role...
