Dual port Ethernet option
In addition to the previously available single-port option, there is now also a dual-port option for the 'Vacon' product families from Danfoss as a multi-protocol solution for Modbus TCP, Profinet and Ethernet/IP.
The Opte9 option provides two Ethernet interfaces for the NXS, NXP, Vacon 20/X/CP and Vacon 100 IND/Flow/X series.
These protocols are supported in a single card: Thanks to the built-in switch, the drive also enables a daisychain/row topology in addition to the previous star topology. This saves the use of external switches.
The high-availability ring protocols RSTP and MRP are also supported.
