Change in the management

Björn Riechers will take over the management of RK Rose+Krieger and the management of the Automation Modules division of the Phoenix Mecano Group from Dr. Gregor Langer on June 1, 2023. Langer has managed the company's business since 2021.

Björn Riechers studied industrial engineering (mechanical engineering) at the Technical University of Berlin and has extensive experience as a manager and consultant in the areas of sales, marketing and management in industry. From 2014 to 2022, he was CEO of the LKE Group, a manufacturer of material handling solutions. Prior to that, he was a member of the Group Management Board at the Hoppecke Group and the international management team at Linde Material Handling, a manufacturer of forklift trucks and warehouse equipment. At RK Rose+Krieger, Riechers will be able to contribute his experience in international cooperation and system development in particular and also drive forward topics such as digitalization, sustainability and workplace ergonomics:

The previous Managing Director Gregor Langer emphasizes, "It is important for me to emphasize that it was exclusively private reasons that triggered this step and it is therefore very difficult for me to leave RK Rose+Krieger and Phoenix Mecano," says Gregor Langer, who will take on a new professional challenge near his hometown after leaving RK.

RK Rose+Krieger, founded in 1972 and now a subsidiary of the globally operating Phoenix Mecano AG, is a full-range supplier of linear technology, profile assembly technology, connection and module technology. The company employs more than 550 people worldwide, over 240 of them at its headquarters in Minden.
