The mechanical sensors of the MP600 series from Microprecision have been developed to detect two positions using just one device. The distance between the two positions can be adjusted to the user's application between 0.3 and 1.5 mm.

Fixed NC and NO contacts work without measurable hysteresis, the repeat accuracy is better than 5 μm. Depending on the cable selection, the operating temperature can be between -40 and +130 °C. The cable termination is available with an M12 plug. The patented switching mechanism is designed for voltages up to 30 V(DC), is self-contained and can be easily integrated into countless housing shapes. The IP67-tight standard housings are available in sizes M8 and M12 with pin or ball actuator.
