Management team complete from November
From November 1, 2023, Roman Gaida will be responsible for global sales and marketing activities at Bürkert Fluid Control Systems as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and member of the Management Board.
Gaida has extensive industry experience in various roles and internationally operating companies: After training as a cutting machine operator and subsequently working in various positions at Wieland-Werke in Ulm, as well as studying industrial engineering and completing an Executive MBA in Technology Management, he was responsible for Business Development Plasma Coating at OC Oerlikon Balzers. Since 2017, Gaida has been Head of EMEA Sales, Marketing, Service and Engineering for CNC products in the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions at Mitsubishi Electric Europe and is also part of the European management team for factory automation at Mitsubishi.
As CSO, Roman Gaida will join CEO Georg Stawowy, Meike Querengässer (CPO/CHRO), Stefan Müller (CTO) and Dr. Udo Gais (CFO) in the management of the family-owned company Bürkert Fluid Control Systems from November.
