pico+TF are the smallest chemical-resistant ultrasonic level sensors in the Microsonic range. With four different scanning ranges, they cover a measuring range from 20 mm to 1.3 m. They are available with both analog and switching outputs as well as with an IO-Link interface. The versions with analog output are available with 0 to 10 V voltage output and 4 to 20 mA current output. Due to their compact housing dimensions, the level sensors are particularly suitable for distance measurement in confined installation spaces. The ultrasonic transducer is protected by a PTFE film. The outer sleeve made of PVDF with an external thread of M22 × 1.5 seals it against the sensor housing. This hermetically sealed design allows the sensors to be used in an environment with up to 3 bar overpressure.
