Stefanie Hojer (née Lenord), Dr. Oliver Lenord and Dr. Matthias Lenord now hold 78% of the company shares. "With a continued stable ownership structure, Lenord + Bauer is well positioned for the future," emphasizes managing partner Dr. Matthias Lenord.

The company was founded in 1965 by Hans Look and Dieter Westerhoff together with Günther Bauer and Horst Lenord. "After more than 50 years, first in active professional life and then as partners, Hans Look and I have decided to complete the generational change. We are delighted that the relatives of our deceased co-shareholder Horst Lenord will be steering the fortunes of the company in future," says Dieter Westerhoff.

In addition to the change in the shareholder structure, the supplier of motion sensors and integrated drive technology has appointed a new dual leadership team: The new Managing Director of Lenord + Bauer is Paul Markus Bresser, who was appointed Chairman of the Management Board on November 1, 2017.
