Gefran with new top management
The Italian sensor and component manufacturer Gefran has been under new management since May 2, 2017: Alberto Bartoli has taken over as CEO from Maria-Chiara Franceschetti.
Maria-Chiara Franceschetti (48), daughter of founder Ennio Franceschetti, has been at the helm of the company since 2014. She is now moving to the Supervisory Board. Before joining Gefran, Bartoli (57) held the position of CEO at an Italian thermostat and burner manufacturer.
Over the past three years, Gefran has pursued a restructuring strategy under Franceschetti, including with products from the sensors and power controllers division. In 2016, the Group generated consolidated sales of 119.3 million euros.
