Change in management

Christian Weisenahl has been a member of the Management Board of Sick Vertriebs-GmbH, based in Düsseldorf, since July 1, 2018. The controlling specialist succeeds Roland Noz.

Christian Weisenahl, Member of the Management Board, and Dr. Thomas Höfling, Chairman of the Management Board of Sick Vertriebs GmbH (vrnl).

Roland Noz has managed the Sick Group's highest-revenue subsidiary since it was founded in 2005 and will continue to support the Group in strategic projects in an advisory capacity. Weisenahl has held various positions at Sick Vertriebs-GmbH since 2007, where he has been Head of Finance, Controlling and Internal Services since 2010. As a member of the Management Board, he will be responsible for the commercial areas and the service business in future.

Dr. Thomas Höfling, who joined the Management Board in 2008, will remain Chairman of the Management Board of Sick Vertriebs-GmbH. Höfling will head all sales divisions and product management and represent the company on the Sick Group Management Board. Both will report to Dr. Mats Gökstorp, who is responsible for Sales and Service on the Management Board.
