AT - Automation Technology becomes AT Sensors. The rebranding is intended to reflect the strategic decision to withdraw from the systems business.
The focus is once again clearly on components. And the new brand name AT Sensors is intended to reflect this. CEO Daniel Seiler: "The renaming reflects the strategic decision of recent years to withdraw from the systems business and instead concentrate on the development and production of solution-oriented sensors. AT founder and CTO André Kasper adds: "It goes without saying that our customers will continue to benefit from our extensive application experience, which we have steadily accumulated over many years as a system integrator. This puts us in a position to develop highly innovative products and consistently live up to our reputation as one of the global players in the image processing industry."
Under the motto "Once AT, always AT", AT Sensors will present itself for the first time at the leading trade fair for machine vision, Vision in Stuttgart. "Although a lot is new with the decision to rebrand, AT will remain true to the proven company colors, the familiar company address and the distinctive pixels in the new AT logo to ensure a certain recognition value," explains Nina Claaßen, Head of Marketing at AT. AT's high standard of always being and remaining one step ahead in the development of new features and sensors, and thus a pioneer for new trends, also remains unchanged."
With the name change, the website was also changed: from http://www.automationtechnology.de to http://www.at-sensors.com
