The physical security offering, which Johnson Controls is making available as 'Software as a Service', includes intelligent video surveillance and access control as well as other security solutions. Cloudvue can integrate cameras and access control points into a single instance. Existing devices from other manufacturers can also be integrated via gateways. Using centrally managed software and secure hardware that is always connected to the cloud, customers can then access the cameras, gateways and door readers throughout their premises - from their browser or from a mobile device. All relevant data is available immediately and everywhere. Upgrades and features are included in the SaaS at no additional cost.
