Changes in the Management Board

Effective May 1, 2023, Thomas Lausten (CEO), Klaus Kiener (CFO) and Phil Antoniou (CSMO) together with the recently appointed CTO Christian Cabirol will form the new Mobotix Management Board.

Effective May 1, 2023, Phil Antoniou will become the fourth member of the Mobotix Executive Board in his new position of Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO). In recent years, Antoniou has been responsible for the EMEA markets as well as APAC and most recently North and South America. In his new role, he will also focus on corporate marketing.

The other members of the Management Board: Thomas Lausten was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a further two years on April 20, 2023. He has led the company since June 15, 2017. Klaus Kiener was also reappointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a further two years. He has been with the company since April 2016 and will be responsible for Finance, Corporate Planning, Investor Relations, Legal/Compliance/Data Protection, Organization, Quality Management, IT Services and Logistics/Customs. Christian Cabirol was recently appointed CTO of Mobotix.

Mobotix is a manufacturer of intelligent IP video systems. The company was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Langmeil, Germany.
