Robots for beginners
The Melfa RH-CR Scara robots from Mitsubishi Electric are particularly suitable for companies that are at the beginning of their automation and digital transformation.
With four axes and a reach of up to 700 mm, the robots are suitable for pick & place, assembly, handling, sorting and palletizing tasks. Their payload is 3 or 6 kg, depending on the model. The robots also offer cycle times of up to 0.41 s and an accuracy of ±10 µm. According to the manufacturer, they only require around 65% of the footprint of conventional robots. Thanks to the 'Melfa SafePlus' function, there is no need for bulky fencing when working together with humans. The standard starter set includes the intuitive RT ToolBox3 robot programming software, the CR800 robot controller and an R56TB Robot Teaching Box. The elements in the starter set do not require any specialized programming knowledge. The robot controller and software also provide users with tools that can be used to operate all other robot series from Mitsubishi Electric.
