Häwa has identified three housing variants for cobots to meet most market requirements. Simple base frames with a simple design are the entry point into the world of cobot workstations. They comply with protection class IP55, have doors at the front and rear and are equipped with a filter, fan and mounting plate. Thanks to the IP55 requirements, the interior can be separated. The body is reinforced at all corners and edges. This type of rack is available in a choice of dimensions with fixed castors or feet and handles.

Robot tables are more complex in design - for example from the 'X-frame' modular system. In the robot table variant, the structure is made up according to the components from the modular system; the dimensions are derived from the standard dimensions of the horizontal and vertical struts. These enclosures also have a mounting plate, fan and filter and are manufactured to protection class IP55. Various door systems, plug-in doors, panels and Makrolon panes are optional.
2nd place in the Robotics & Handling category
2nd place - igus
In response to customer requests for a robotic hand that can be connected to the Cobot 'Rebel' via plug-and-play, Igus has developed a finger gripper. The humanoid hand is compatible with all models of the cobot. It is controlled via DIO at the Tool Center Point, which enables simple integration and flexibility in various applications. According to the manufacturer, the finger gripper can imitate human hand movements and perform a wide range of simple humanoid tasks and applications.

All components, including the flange, cables and control unit, come directly from Igus. The plain bearings in the joints made of Igloidur polymers are lubrication-free and enable smooth and precise movements of the individual fingers. The humanoid hand can be controlled via various interfaces, including USB, TTL (5 V) serial and internal scripting.
1st place in the Robotics & Handling category
1st place - Bosch Rexroth
With 'ctrlX FlowHS', Bosch Rexroth presents a linear motion system for the transportation and positioning of products and materials. The motion system is integrated into the company's 'ctrlX Automation' modular automation system, so that all components of the platform and also the apps of the partner world 'ctrlX World' can be used. The system itself is based on the 'ctrlX Core' controller with the 'ctrlX OS' operating system. Based on a modular construction kit, the linear motion system has plug-and-play functionality.

© Julia Bergmeister Photography / Computer&AutomationSegments such as straight lines, curves and switches can be combined as required to create specific topologies, lengths and routes. With an acceleration of up to 10G and a speed of 5 m/s, the system enables fast movements. Multiple movers with a scalable payload of up to 2.5 kg (single) or 5 kg (linked) provide corresponding performance. The U-shaped design improves routing and minimizes friction to ensure consistent maximum speed even in curves.
